Keeping Our Community Active, Connected and Heard
60+ Voices of Hounslow provides safe, inclusive, and meaningful sessions — run by older residents, for older residents. We focus on continuity, wellbeing, and giving participants a voice.
OUR APPROACH
Our sessions are designed to combine:
*Gentle movement & chair-based exercise *Social connection & peer engagement
*Confidence and independence support *Community participation & advocacy
Every session is adapted to varying mobility levels and abilities, ensuring everyone feels included and valued.
